The argument the Association of Members in Austria has given for its refusal to Kosovo is that it would endanger its members, KTV reports.
Although Kosovo has met all conditions to be a member of the Council of Bureaus, the barrier remains non-membership at the UN.
Directors of the Kosovo Security Bureau have made it known that the number of undocumented cars in traffic, which is between 35 and 50,000, remains disturbing.
