Aktakuza against former PTK directors Agron Mustafa and Ejup Qerim

Kosovo's Special Prosecutor has filed charges against Agron Mustaf, Ejup Qerimi, both former Post Chief Chief and Kosovo Telecom Board Chairman Rexhe Gjonbalaj regarding the PTK-ZMobile agreement and circumstances preceding that agreement.

According to the indictment, defendant Ejup Qerrim during the February 2012 period, exploiting the post, respectively, has failed to fulfill his official duties in order to cause material damage to someone else.
