Ahmeti visits Fadil Vokrinı, September 10th Kosovo plays against Malta

Pristina municipality Chairman Shpend Ahmeti, along with Property Director Dren Kukaj and several assemblyists, visited the renovated “Fadil Vokri” to look closely at the latest preparations being made for the match of Kosovo's Supercup between Light and Pristina, to take place on Monday (August 13th). “On Monday [...]
Monday will be the main test for the federation, for us as a community to testify that we can develop international character games. This game will be treated almost as an international game, as the first Kosovo representative's matches in Pristina -- more precisely -- await us in September 10th. On Monday, we expect a show, and I invite fans to come in large numbers, fill this stadium in as well as it is, not only because of the game and the stadium, but also to pay a tribute to Fadil Vokrri, since it is the first time a game is played in the stadium that already bears its name”, Mayor Ahmeti stressed.
While the chairman of the Kosovo Football Federation (FFK), Agim Ademi, has thanked Chairman Ahmeti for the initiative to keep the name of Fadil Vokrri and for the continued support and the Municipal Assembly for making that decision.
