The transfer of a telephone conversation between Boris Jelzez and his 1999 American counterpart, Bill Clinton, was published for the first time in Bill Clinton Library.
In these conversations, Jelzec personally informs Clinton that he has chosen Vladimir Putin for his successor, writes Sputnik, broadcast Periscopi.
The Russian president had also admitted before Clinton that he was in dilemma that anyone could be the best candidate for this position in Russia.
