Western states with opposing attitudes for Kosovo- Serbia

From separate talks with diplomatic representatives of several Western states, the paper has been able to realise that there is a broad Western reconciliation about the fact that dialogue has no alternative, and that Kosovo has the obligation to engage in it.
But when the issue of the content of the talks is discussed, as well as their schedule, non-major differences arise even among Western states, which have recognised Kosovo's independence.
First, about the question of leadership of dialogue by Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, some top centres, such as Paris and Rome, consider that in the short term “there is no alternative to lead the dialogue except President Thaci”.
