Twitter on July 14, 2006, comes into use, and today it is one of the world's largest social media platforms.

Twitter was created in March 2006 by Jack Dorsey, Evan Williams, Biz Stone and Noah Glass and became used in July.

The ministry soon gained popularity worldwide with 500 million registered users in 2012, which posted 340 million messages a day.

In 2013 Twitter was one of the 10 most visited Web sites and was named “Internet text.

Twitter means "Zoog" and its logo is represented by the kind of blue bird found in America.

The idea of the name Twitter begins with the logo of a website called "Larry the Bird": Larry Bird, former famous American baseball player of Boston's Celtics team.
