Those suffering anxiety of death are suggested to read this poem of Holland

Death is nothing. It's like I'm hiding in the next room. I'm always you and me. What we used to be about each other is still us. Call me by the name you have always called me, which you know; speak to me in the same love that I am...
Death is nothing.
I just went to the other side:
It's like I'm hiding in the next room.
I'm always you and me.
What we used to be about each other is still us.
Call me by the name which you have always called me, which you know.
Talk to me with the same love you've always spoken to me.
Don't change your tone of voice, don't get solemn or sad images.
Keep laughing at what made us laugh,
in the little things we loved so much
When we were together.
Pray, smile, think!
My name always be the old word:
Say it without the slightest trace of shadow or sadness.
Our life preserves all its meaning:
It's the same as before, there's a continuation that doesn't break.
Why would I be out of your mind and mind just because I'm out of your sight?
I'm not far, I'm on the other side, right behind the corner.
Stay calm, it's okay.
You will regain my heart.
You will find pure mildness.
Take your tears away and don't cry if you love me:
Your smile is my peace.
Henry Scott Holland (1847-1918) was a British theologian and writer, professor at Oxford University.
