Stefanovic has told TV Prvi that this arrest is unacceptable.
The “Serbs living in Kosovo do not want to form the Army, or any other structure that is not provided with international regulations or UN Resolution”, the Serbian minister said.
Stefanovic also accused the international community of failing to respond to these pressures.
The Serbian minister estimates Pristina is hampering the development of dialogue with Belgrade.
The last “is proving who is working for dialogue, and who's holding it back”, Stefanovic said.
Otherwise, five Serbs were arrested Tuesday in Gjilan due to pressure on Serbs to leave the KSF.
