According to him, Serbs have realised that they cannot be in a formation where tomorrow may be at war with Serbs.
“Why form the Kosovo army? Will it protect them from Albania, will they fight Montenegro or Macedonia? What's the idea? Why should Serbs be giving support to something like this?”, Volin has said.
He stressed that nobody should suspect in Serbia's Army that is able to protect integrity and peace in every inch of the territory. According to him, removing 30 members of the Serb community from the KSF is a natural reaction from people who love their people.
“Serbs in Kosovo want their country, love their people and know they should not participate in any false army. They have the largest unemployment rate in Europe, cosmic misery and corruption, so who should be blamed? Serbs are being blamed, but not talk about it, but smuggling drugs. Belgrade's stance is clear -- there is no Kosovo Army”, Voulin has said.
There is no Kosovo army and there shouldn't be. Resolution 1244 and the so-called laws of Kosovo cannot be understood. Why are these 30 Serbs crying because they love them so much? No, but because they must have 10 per cent of Serbs in that so-called army, if it were an army. They're willing to give salaries even if they don't come to work, just to sign on the paper”, Volin said.
