According to these sources, Spain, Greece, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Denmark are considering Kosovo's visa-free movement as very early.
On the other hand, these claims conflict with yesterday's European Commission recommendation, in which it becomes clear that Kosovo has met all criteria for visa liberalisation.
