On Monday at the Foundation Court in Pec, sessions were envisioned in this case, but it has failed to hold due to the strike, in which, at the request for salary increases, administrative workers of the country's courts and prosecutors have entered.

These statements by Muhhajer, Haradinaj, had described them as slander, scavenging, and filed charges, demanding compensation in many of the 250 thousand euros.
Judge Ganimetie Puka has said of “Justice Vow”, that the parties had announced it would not come to this session because of this strike.
She has said that the hearing in this case has pushed her indefinitely.

In this session, Haradinaj was represented by lawyer Arian Koci, while Muhhaxhier's lawyer, Besnik Berisha, had also been absent.
Judge Ganimetie Puka had stated that indictee Muhharrier has announced to the court that he has not been able to come to the session for objective reasons.

Judge Puka had taken the decision with which the indictee's proposal for reading the article in the newspaper “De Standard” was approved, and also the article published on the portal “Dialog Plus”.
Meanwhile, she had rejected indictee Gazmend Muhhazier's proposal that journalist Addel Heit Wolfi's testimony be prosecuted in the quality of the witness, arguing that her testimony is irrelevant.
