Pacolli reveals meeting they had in Brussels with senior American dialogue delegation

First Deputy Prime Minister and Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli, in the KTV interactive, said they have not gone to Brussels to receive the liberalisation report. He said that in Brussels, they have only gone to meet with the American delegation. When we went to Brussels we understood and agreed that Avramopolos' visit [...]
When we went to Brussels, we understood and agreed that Avramoopoulos' visit will be postponed in September. This visit was postponed, and it was decided that he would then share the best news”, Pacolli said.
We were only in Brussels to meet with the American delegation. We met with senior State Department officials. We have to understand that we are unique in the” dialogue, he said away.
Pacolli said that with Moghrin they have spoken they agree to begin the final phase of the dialogue, and, as he said, “The one who sits in front of Vuciqi, will be Kosovo President”.
That Fatmir Limaj will reject Thaci as the head of the dialogue, Pacolli said he believes this will happen.
“I believe you agree. Perhaps it says it must pass to the Parliament, but the Initiative's votes are in favour of Thaci. We agreed with them, we've handled this matter side-by-side”, Pacolli said, adding that they agreed that there is no one but Thaci who will lead this dialogue.
Pacolli said he believes the Parliament should be co-operative at this point.
There is an open invitation we have made to the opposition. If members of the opposition think to contribute to Kosovo, they should join this” dialogue group, he said.
Pacolli has also commented on today's statements by US Ambassador Greg Delawi, who, among other things, has not wanted to speak if any change of territory or division of Kosovo, as the final solution to the agreement on normalising relations between the two sides, could still be on the table, but has not denied that.
This has never been discussed with the American side, but in every conversation I have been asked what Kosovo offers as a compromise. I insisted on showing that we have offered everything we had with Ahtisaari's package. I am told that this is not enough, so mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia. That question has always been offered to me. They have not said it is not enough, but they have certainly said that either there should be angry sides or the two sides to reconcile”, Pacolli said.
There's no proposal for division of territories or shift. Everything belongs to the future, doesn't mean there won't be offers on the table. He must neither speculate nor enter what he (Delai) has said. I'm not giving any thought, but I think he needs peace. The recognition of Kosovo on the part of Serbia” must happen, he said further.
Asked what if the topic for division of territories comes to the table, Pacolli said that “has answered”.
