At the Constitutional Court in Pristina today, judgment is expected to continue against Kosovo Parliament deputy from LDK ranks Naser Osmani and seven other indictees, which relates to the privatisation of the <x0 plant. FAN” in Podujevo.
Trial for privatisation of factory “FAN” is one of the cases targeted for visa liberalisation.
In this case, Naser Osmani along with 7 other people are being tried in connection with the privatisation of the “Fen” factory in Podujevo.
At the time of the charge, MP Osmani has been a member of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency Board
In addition to that, there are Bahri Shaban, Melita Ymeraga, Shkelzen Luka, Naim Avdiu, Agron Kamberi and Adrian Kelmendi (all AKP officials), and Agim Dudishk as the buyer of the “Fen” factory.
