Kosovo dialogue's four PSDI requirements for Serbia

Instead of taking it seriously and re-diagnosing, putting red lines, the leaders call the reshaping carrying from executive to presidency. Throughout this dialogue Kosovo has become a state for which dialogue is drawn, not a state that dialogues”.
Ymer has stressed the need to discuss issues which are part of discussions within the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.

Political parties part of the Kosovo Assembly agree that the final responsibility of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia belongs to the assembly.
With qualified votes, two-thirds, the assembly approves the platform that will serve as the basic document for dialogue.
With qualified votes, two thirds, the assembly mandates host or dialogue carriers, who will be held responsible by the assembly and take decisions in agreement with it. The Assembly also has the right to dismiss them.
The Assembly establishes a commission that is closely monitoring the process. This commission is headed by the opposition.
