According to witnesses, those through Venice Travel have reserved to go to the Hotel “Amara Premier Palace Hotel” in Kemer, but they ended up in “Nivana” in the same town.
Witnesses say that they have just arrived at the hotel they had not reserved, they have received a message from the company that apologized, saying that tomorrow the problem will be settled.

This morning the hotel has reported to us that it has overbooks, today they've sent you to Nirvana, which is a Superluksoo hotel, tomorrow morning they send you to Amara Premier Palace”, says the message the customers received.

But customers are still waiting in front of the hotel door refusing to accommodate themselves in a place they haven't booked and didn't pay for.
Those for Indexline have complained that they are thus losing about two days of their vacation, since during tomorrow they have to deal with accommodation again.
However, they're afraid this may be a next trick and they won't move them tomorrow.
