Kim Kardashian recently released a new perfume called “Vibes” and has now been indicted for stealing logos from another company.
Kim nat “KKW” comes into a black bottle formed as a bubble with the word “Vibes” written inside.
Vibes Media, a Chicago-based marketing company, has indicted the beauty mogul for using the name and logo unauthorizedly, the TMZ reports.
They are demanding compensation and want all perfumes “Vibes” destroyed.
Kim was earlier charged with stealing inspiration for the perfume bottle “Body” of the KKW.
The design was designed to appear as a naked bust, but critics were quick to show the classics of Jean Paul Gaullier, who was on sale in 1993.
