The Independent Supervisor Council has addressed the case and has abolished Rikalos' decision, Koha Ditore writes today.
The council has made the decision last week and a copy of it has been secured by newspapers Monday.
“Have been approved as based on A number complaints. No. 286/2018 put forward by attorney Elhami Hajdari”, said at the first point of the decision, which was issued on July 10th. “Counted Decision Empowered KM/132/18 and the 1863 protocol of 10,05.2018, released by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development”, is next in the second.
Through the third point, the decision obliges Minister Rikalo to return Hajdari to the workplace within 15 days, respectively, to the position of chief executive head of the Agency for Agriculture Development, recognizing all the rights and obligations he was given to a decision in 2016, through which he was placed in that position.
