Ibrahim Rugova had never said bad things about Adem Demac, despite the fact that he had left the indictment without making it for the leader of the LDK and Kosovo Albanians.
Due to Demac's criticism of the LDK and Rugova, the Isa Mustaf Party on Saturday, completely ignored the burial of Kosovo's “Mandele”. None of the leaders of this party went to Demach's funeral.
Despite this, President Rugova's family based in Velani has respected Adem Demac's image. In respect for days of mourning for the man who spent 28 years in Serbia's prisons, Rugova's family has lowered the flags posted at their home to half stroke.
Ibrahim Rugova was LDK chief, while Demaci for a time was leader of KMDLNJ and the Parliamentary Party of Kosovo.
Demac had opposed Rugova's peaceful course of Kosovo's liberation and had backed the side of the war, becoming a supporter of PDK's top figures.
