The fraud of Environment Minister. A visit to a Canadian NGO sells it as a visit to NATO headquarters.

Government officials in Kosovo very often fail to organise meetings and quality visits abroad. To cover their failure, they often simulate meetings that present them as important to nonrelevant institutions and organisations, which ultimately do not serve the institution and empowerment of the state. So today the Ministry of Environment [...]
Thus, today the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, headed by Minister Albena Resiti, located in Canada, has sent a communique to the country under the title “Minister Resitiy is expected at NATO headquarters in Toronto”.
The truth is that Minister Resiti has not met with any NATO officials, nor has he paid a visit to any organ of the most powerful military Alliance in the world, writes Periscopi. And more NATO doesn't even have a headquarters in Toronto, Canada.
Her Meeting With Association President for NATO in Canada, Robert Baines in opinion has been interpreted as a kind of support that NATO has given Resitit for the establishment of the Kosovo Army, through FKS advance.
Society's Truth for NATO in Canada is that this organisation has nothing to do with NATO mechanisms, nor can it speak on its behalf. In fact, this organization's website says that “is registered as charity organisation”.
The organisation's official website says that the nongovernmental Association for NATO in Canada (NAOC) Mission has the promotion of peace, prosperity and security, through clarification and understanding of NATO importance.
We try to conscious Canadians for NATO and its (its) goals on peace, prosperity and security... NAOC has strong reports with the Government of Canada. We are constantly trying to keep reports with international organisations such as the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the NATO Central Office, the International Criminal Tribunal, as well as other non-governmental property organisations”, said in the clarifying part of the organisation on its own website.
While, the communiqué reports that “Minister Resitaj has received support from NATO Association president in Canada, Mr. Baines for the establishment of capacities and preparation of the Kosovo Security Force for the successful realisation of its” role.
But the Society for NATO in Canada does not have military mechanisms that can help advance the KSF, as the Ministry of Spatial Planning and Environment claims, despite the fact that this issue is not in its ministry's domain. /Periscopi/
