Escaped from helicopter and armed associates

Redoine Faid managed to escape after three armed associates left the helicopter in the prison yard.

Faid, sentenced to 25 years in prison, is a prominent criminal in France, where he was imprisoned for a series of robberies.

In 2009, he wrote a book on his experiences of growing up in the suburbs of Paris, where he also received “from a crime life.

He claimed to have turned his back on the crime world, but in 2010 he was involved in a robbery attempt that took the life of even a police operative, a crime for which he was serving a 25-year sentence at the Senine-Martne prison.
