Swiss justice has found no evidence that his wife had intimate contact with the victim, while the killer claims to have bought technological tools to observe his wife. His lawyer demanded a maximum sentence of ten to twelve years in prison, because his client had been in “emotional state” during the operation. The court will publicize the verdict in the coming days.
