In the introduction of his 100-day work report, Beka says he was chairman of the Working Group for drafting the Trepca statute, and lists dates of meetings he has had. He even tells the prime minister in detail about what happened at meetings.
“at each meeting was given the word to each member to express his or her opinion and to give their suggestions on the draft of the Trepca Statistics”, the other says.
Later, Valdrin Luka also mentions meetings with the Committee for Private Partnership. He also shows the agenda they had at these meetings. The example mentions the December 1st meeting and lists the 7 points that were on the agenda.
And on two other pages, he tells the prime minister that he has attended a government meeting instead of Minister Valdrin Luka. On these two pages he has reminded the prime minister of 13 points in order of day.
In the end, he mentions his presence and the meeting Haradinaj had at MZHE.
“also, with the occasion of Mr. Prime Minister's visit. Ramush Haradinaj in our minister was present at the planned meeting between the prime minister and deputy ministers, where the purpose of this visit was to look closely at the ministry's commitment, and to discuss the plans of this ministry”, he wrote in the labour report.
