Demach's speech to the EP after handing over the “award You honored my people.

The Albanian writer from Kosovo, Ademi Demac, was 55 when he received the prestigious European Parliament award for free thought, “Sahraov” At the time, he was chairman of the Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms in Pristina. Because of his political writings and definitions, he spent 28 years of his life in Yugoslav prisons (Serbian). The initiative was launched and the proposal was submitted by the twenty-seven MEPs of the European Parliament (from the first signed MP to the European Green Parliament from Tyrol, Alexander Langer), and slowly followed more and more votes to the enlarged Presidium of the European Parliament, which also made the decision to split this Demachy award.

E Z RELIGIOUS RELIGION FOR THE SHIPITIES
Mr. Mayor, ladies and gentlemen, deputies of the European Parliament. At these historic moments for Europe and the Balkans, honoring me with the “award You have honored my many-suffered people, but free-willed, peace-loving and proud. In honor of my people, before history, you have also honored this high institution, because to protect an innocent people from the invaders has always been glory and honor.
The first was the word”. In our time it can be said:” The first is the free word” as the first and necessary step towards democracy. Without free words, dialogue cannot be revealed without dialogue, but without truth there is no progress.
Mr. Mayor, Mrs. and MEPs, thanks to the free speech you have discovered the bitter truth about Albanians in Yugoslavia. It is that the free word crushes the darkness, removes the crumb, and breaks all masks. All the invaders and pimps - their first task - is to capture the word. Therefore all who are followers of free speech, all who are, to speak in a little word as poetry, lovers of free speech, have been persecuted, condemned, and imprisoned, executed and slaughtered by prisoners of free speech.
But, Mr. Mayor and you, ladies and gentlemen of the European Parliament, will dare say that you are all lovers of free speech and therefore have invited me to this wonderful hall to hear the sound of Albanian free speech. But I'm sorry I don't have the chance to say a happy, sweet word from the spaces of what they still say to Yugoslavia. In Kosovo, Serbian conquerors, hegemonists and militants, through the worst violence, are expecting one of the life-giving arteries of the Albanian people to destroy without mercy, and completely the intelligence, education, health, cultural, banking-financial system, economic, judicial system, and eventually found the entire political system exhausted. The whole of Kosovo has turned into a megaburg where Albanians enjoy neither the slightest physical security nor the law.
Appreciate your time, I cannot stop now in detail, but the Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms from Kosovo daily sends controversial information to many world centres.
Even in Macedonia, Albanians are still not being dealt with in the full democratic spirit in Montenegro, the situation of Albanians is even worse, while the Bosniak people are also the victim of Serbian hegemonism.
But honourable ladies and gentlemen, lovers of free speech are the most passionate lovers, the fiercest lovers the world knows, so they are also invincible and fearless.
One of these countless lovers of free speech was academic Andrey Sacharov, who was not able to separate him from the free word. The free word of this colossus of the champion of humanity opened the way for freedom to many peoples and many peoples in the Soviet Empire. Sacharov passed away with free speech in his mouth, but he died, because free speech does not betray its lovers, it remains with them forever and makes them immortal.
My brothers, Mandela and Marchenko, are also lovers of free speech, as well as Mr. Dubcek; and my sister Aung San Su is a great lover of free speech; therefore they were all honored in this high forum.
As for the tragedy the Croatian friendly people are experiencing, I believe they don't have to say a word. The thrilling safe that is being developed in Croatia's spaces is in the focus of international information media. The whole world is very crazy and cannot believe the eyes of its ears as to how at this time, in the heart of Europe, such painful things happen after the conferences of Helsinki, Paris, Copenhagen, Moscow. The world rightly asks how it is possible in Yugoslavia, which is a signatory of the UN Charter, signatories of the Paris Charter, and dozens of international conventions and freedoms of human and peoples, how it is possible that such monstrous things will happen in this very country. The world asks, how it is possible that right after the start and during the development of the peaceful Conference in The Hague, regarding Yugoslavia, bloodier fighting in Croatia's space broke out and fighting took place.
Without realizing the essence and character of today's huge and militant powers, even these things cannot be understood, so let me simply make my modest contribution to the clarification of this problem. Today's huge, militaristic power is interlocked, among other things, by three key components - bureaucratics, parasites, and mobsters. Bureaucrats cannot, nor dare they look left or right to see what new artifacts have appeared within the country and in the international arena; bureaucratics cannot even make objective, comprehensive, and deepening tests in view of all these new factors. They dare not, that such an analysis would require them to abandon their assigned objective so that they may once remain in power forever.
Parasitors cannot even separate themselves from life full of privileges and benefits, separated from the paradise that they have built upon the misery and poverty of the people.
The Mafia, to achieve all of this, do not choose tools, tear down all bridges behind themselves, and force all of its people to become collective criminals. In Kosovo they did so by violating Albanians, replacing Albanians fired from work with Serbs, by taking all human and national rights away from Albanians, and by facing badly and dangerously those two peoples, while in Croatia through rampant propaganda, all Serbs there feared, hypnotised, and convinced them that they were allegedly endangered by the new democratic Croatian power. Then they ran with all the means, not hesitateing even before the worst blackmail, armed them with the most modern weapons, and threw Serbs into total war against the Croatian people. That way, by overhauling the whole relationship of co-existence with local Croats, local Serbs there will have no support but Serbia and the Yugoslav Army. And this is one of the sources of war for life and death between Serbs and Croats. The same Serb parasites are preparing it in Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia.
Mr. Mayor, ladies and gentlemen MPs,
I want to believe that you will not reproach me for my earnest desire to strengthen my friendship with you by letting Tuay know of any action that we Albanians don't seem right.
For concessions that Europe, Serbia, has once made, in the context of current events and circumstances, Europe nowadays is neither guilty nor guilty, but for the freshest case, for the Yugoslavia Peace Conference in The Hague, I don't think it's all very rude.
It is known that the Serbian leadership, as a condition for its participation in The Hague conference, had extended the requirement that the legitimate representatives of the three million Albanians, representatives of the Kosovo District, which during the entire existence of this Yugoslavia, not be invited at this conference, was the building and constitutional element of this community. Such a request of Serbia has been expected anyway, but a reconciliation with this condition by the European Community has never been expected. This unprincipled concession that made Europe to Serbia created to Serbian hegemonists, the illusion that Serbia is a great power and that it can be confronted with the European Community. Here is also a source of desperate efforts by Serbia's hegemonism to continue the war in hopes that even though he wage an invading and immoral war, he may even come off victorious.
Mr. Mayor, ladies and gentlemen,
We are fully aware that the European Community has also faced a very delicate and confusing problem: how to rid itself of bureaucratic, Serb and Montenegrin parasites and mafia and not be harmed in all the peoples of Yugoslavia, including the Serbian and Montenegrin peoples, who themselves are removing olive blacks from this condemned power. It is with special satisfaction that in Serbia-Montenegro, despite extremely difficult conditions, true Democrats such as architect Bogdan Bogdanovic, Professor Zivotic, courageous poet Jevrem Brkovic, talented director Lazar Stojanovic, professor Miss Zagorka Gollubovic, lawyer Srgja Popovic and many others.
As it turns out, in Yugoslavia, there are sharp and strong complex problems, but I am fully confident that the European Community has enormous human and material potential to solve all problems posed before modern Europe.
Therefore, Mr. Mayor and you, ladies and gentlemen of this high forum, on behalf of all young people of all nations who are slaughtered in these absurd and anarchical wars, in the name of mothers and fathers not only Albanians, but also the Serbian and Montenegrins, Hungarians and Macedonians, in the name of all the parents who lose their most beloved creatures in the destructive wars, I beg you very much to put all your energy into motion so that we can stop the unnecessary bloodshed together and once and remove it from the political scene once and for all the last time of the military-copist dictatorship, the Serbian regime's chacle, and the European war's ultimate disaster.
Mr. Mayor, ladies and gentlemen,
Let me finish my word with a deep thought of a sincere friend of mine saying: “Block logic block”. Therefore I call you and all the world; let us throw away all blocks, racial, religious, national, and ideological, and among peoples and peoples, to build ways of co-operation, to respect mutual interests, to open the paths of love and universal harmony, to create a world in which all people will live without fear, without independence, and equal human and national rights.
Thank you for your kindness and attention.
