This problem and other issues, which are distracting citizens of all communities, they have expressed to the EU representative in Kosovo, Nataliya Apostolova, as well as their chairman, Stayn Kastrat, KTV reports.
At the joint meeting, where ideas were given about the even greater improvement of interethnic relations, citizens asked the EU representative for financial support.
EU representative Apostolova said this situation has been created as a result of poor quality in education, consequences that, according to her, will be seen in 15 years.
According to her, corruption is also responsible, as well as failure to enforce laws.
Serbian journalists were interested in when the Special Court will start working on the ground because, according to the editor of Puls television, this would have even more impact on improving relations between Serbs and Albanians.
Nataliya Apostolova said that when the Special Court comes up with a list of names to which the indictment will be established, it will have free hands to act and independent to carry out its work.
Kamenica Mayor Stand Kastrati said the municipality has the poor budget for making changes, for which it sought assistance from the central level, as well as the European Union.
At the end of this discussion, there was also the inauguration of the new municipality, whose sponsor was the European Union.
