Albania's richest man officially buys the Ferrnikil factory (Dok)

A Kosovo Competition Authority announcement reportedly has been made that company's decision NKL Limited tïi is allowed concentration through the 100% profit of control in Ferrnikl after the stock purchase.

The Kosovar Competition Authority with the date 2505.2018 has accepted the requirement for announcing the concentration of the companies realised as a result of the purchase of a stake of NeeCo Ferronici Complex No. 70268073 with addresses: Road of Faith Mala 227,13000 Drenas, Republic of Kosovo by NKL Limited by headquarters in the United Kingdom, registered with no. ID 11246593 with address: Broadway Toweer, 20 Primrose Street, London EC2A 2E, through the profit of full control with a 100% share. 2. Concentration subject according to the demand description will not have an effect on competition in the Republic of Kosovo, therefore this transaction will not result in negative effects for economic operators or consumers in the Republic of Kosovo, taking into account the buyer is not present on the market in the Republic of Kosovo through the legal person or sales. This transaction does not create new dominant position or changes to the Kosovo market” is highlighted further in a statement.

Earlier it was reported that the richest man in Albania, Samir Mane, is in negotiations to buy this factory.

But Indexline realizes that the principal NKL Limited (the company that bought the factory) is Samir Mane himself.

On the page of Beta Companies House in the data about the company that bought Ferronikli, it's found that the director is Mane and some others you can see below.

As seen in this document, businessman Mane has become director of NKL Limited three days ago, on July 18th respectively, meant to have become director after buying Ferronikel.

We remember that this March 13th factory has halted production for financial reasons.

Meanwhile, there are about 820 workers and 250 contractors carrying families from this company.
