A subject of the Republic of Albania's road code envisions the suspension of a driver's license for each driver that exceeds speed over a 20km/h limit more than the limit defined, the use of alcohol during vehicle management, etc.
Many Kosovo citizens that “have fallen to” in <x2ndraderin” of Albania's Police have been seized patents from drivers. For all these violators of these communications regulations, except for the main administrative measure of paying a sum (regard) in the implementation of the Road Code provisions, Road Police have even confiscated their driver's license.
