White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders was kicked out of a restaurant in Virginia. She himself said she was the owner of the restaurant who took her out with the reasoning that she works for President Donald Trump.
And the owner of the Red Hen restaurant in Lexington asked me to leave because I was working for President Trump, and I respectfully left. I always do my best to treat people with respect, including those with whom I disagree, and I will continue to do so“, Sanders said in a Twitter post.
Stephanie Wilkinson's restaurant owner, questioned by the Washington Post, said he would take the same action again. She explained it was her staff that had asked her to chase the White House spokeswoman.
“I explained that the restaurant has certain standards, such as honesty, compassion and co-operation”Wilkinson said. Other US government officials have faced embarrassing situations because of the tough policy the President Trump is pursuing towards illegal immigration.
