About 13 years ago, the first video on YouTube was published.

The video was released on April 23, 2005, and despite the first video on the platform, it has so far collected 50 million hits since then.

On the video is Jawed Kerim, known for his hard work on PayPal and YouTube contributions.

After meeting with co-founders of the platform Chad Hurley and Steve Chen, Karim became a firm adviser, and then uploaded the first video on YouTube.

“Me at the zoo,”titizes the Carim video. It is seen at a zoo and lasts only 18 seconds.

Many things have certainly changed over the years since online service has suffered decline and growth.

The service now continues to increase, but remains to be seen how YouTube will be able to serve its community and resolve its issues with the producers of content.
