Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has decorated with presidential medals Kosovo Assembly Vice President Xhavit Halit at the same time as deputy chairman of Kosovo PDK.
In a Facebook post, he wrote that this medal was given for the contribution given to Kosovo's freedom and independence.
“With the Jubilare Presidential Medal of Independence, today I decorated one of the founders of the Kosovo Liberation Army, the delegation of talks in Rambouillet and the signatories of the Declaration of Independence, Xhavit Halit, for the contribution made to the freedom and independence of Kosovo”, Thaci wrote.
