According to the study, only 51 percent of individuals between 13 and 17 years of age in the United States are using Facebook - a dramatic distinction of 71 percent from 2015 to the present.
This year, the study shows, Facebook is being used significantly less than other social networks like YouTube (85%), Instagram (72%), or Snapchat (69%).
In the early 2015 study, these lies were used less than Facebook.
52 percent then said that they use the Instagram and 41 percent Snapchat. YouTube wasn't involved in the 2015 study.
