Shpend Ahmeti links coalition with Alternative in Pristina (Photo)

Alternative Speaker Mimoza Kusari-Lila has hosted Pristina chairman Shpend Ahmeti, with whom they have formalised municipal co-government in Pristina today.

With this agreement, the alternative from now will lead the Social Management Directorate in the Pristina municipality.

Kusari-Lila thanked all citizens of the Pristina municipality for the confidence given in the recent local elections, with the alternative criteria becoming part of Pristina's Municipal Assembly, with a seat, subsequently on the basis of municipal leadership principles, the Alternative has reached the co-operation agreement, which they official today.

The alternative reports that together with the ruling partner in the Pristina municipality, it will work on implementing its programme with the Directorate of Social Management, striving to develop strategies and plans for the better of its citizens.

The alternative points out that it is aware that an extraordinary job and commitment awaits, but, however, remains devoted since the first day of the government's mandate at the Social Management Directorate to push all projects and plans to benefit the capital.

Kusari and Alternatives thanked Ahmeti for his willingness to co-government the Pristina municipality, with confidence that this co-operation will be of municipal good governance, from which the biggest beneficiaries will be Pristina's own resident.
