The 38-year-old was accused of stopping citizens on Serbia's streets by presenting themselves as police officers who later robbed them.
In his apartment, police have found 11 guns, nine rifles, 15 knives, wax, snipers, and other weapons of various kinds.
After the arrest, Tesic was sent to the Constitutional Prosecutor in Belgrade.
It is learned that the same has been the former Serb Army sniper in the Kosovo war. He was part of two battles, in Junik and Suhareka.
