In fact, this very important road has been left without enlightenment, even though it has invested less than 800m euros.
Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Ibrahim Kadriu in a proposal for RTV Dukagjin, says the highway had lighting but the thieves stole the copper cables and left the highway in the dark.
In time, thieves have stolen cables and traphos, sold them for copper, causing us many problems. All cases are under investigation by Kosovo police”, Deputy Prime Minister Kadriu has indicated.
Kadriu says there are no financial means to illuminate the highway, but safety also presents a problem.
