The Constitutional Court in Pristina has approved the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention action against indictees Naser Sekiraqa and Fatlum Abazi.
Under the Constitutional Court's decree in Pristina, defendants Naser Sekiraqa of Fatlum Abazi have been assigned a month-long detention measure for each except from 12 June to 12 July 2018.
Naser Sekirasha's protector, lawyer Florent Latifaj, has made the news known.
Naser Sekiraqa and Fatlum Abazi are brother and Enver Sekiraqa's nephew, respectively, the accused of inciting the killing of Triumf Riza.
