German Foreign Minister Heiko Mass said earlier today that Trump “destroyed” a large part of the trust between the US and Europe by drawing support for the G7 summit's joint declaration through messages on Twitter.
Trump in two “tweeting” after the summit ended in Quebec has declared it does not support the joint statement.
The US president has justified this with the false “declaration” of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudo, the host of the G7 summit, which said all G7 leaders agreed on the content and wording of joint statements.
