Meghan breaks queen's birthday rules (Photo)

Prince Harry and Meghan Marle have first appeared on the royal balcony as a married couple for the queen's birthday.

The entire royal family seemed amazing, but something was wrong with Meghan's dress.

Apparently, the duke has again broken the royal protocol, since according to protocol the women of the royal family cannot wear dresses with their shoulders on the outside, or clothing that exposes too much.

But this isn't the first time Meghan wore a dress with his shoulders out, after even for the wedding she wore such a dress from Stella McCartney.

We now know Meghan is not very punctual when it comes to observing royal rules, as time has evolved.

We should say that despite this, her dress was adorable.
