Kuch made these comments in an interview for The KP, where it has said a tradition should be established in Kosovo for elections to be held in regular terms.
The idea that each day the country can go to elections, according to him, does not allow the position to do its job. For that, he requires increased care in relation to legitimacy.
“If there is legitimacy, it works, but not work on election pressure. The elections will be held, it is seen to be held, but not under pressure from what will be held. Above all, the alternative should be for elections, not just for those who lose their chess game and then say they did one more by morning. If there's an alternative, if there's a shift of legitimacy, I say when the law of what falls exactly to a people changes the law and not the people. Let's see if it's really playing our citizen and the citizen is the one who reflects”, he said.
As far as youth elections in the PDK are concerned, he says they have gone very well, until they are expected to be held in several municipalities.
We thought we had good choices. They're also continuing in some remaining municipalities because we've made a difference in the sense of age. We've engaged between 25 and 16, in terms of reducing years, it's been up to 30. I guess now it's become a new energy, a new commitment, has enthusiasm, has people involved. We have also tried to make people realize that over the age of 25 they will not retire from the PDK, but will be people who will carry out other activities and have enough space for electoral competition. I believe that in June, eventually in July, we will have the youth assembly, the yoke of youth. Elections will surely continue for September PDK at”, he said.
In addition, Kuci argued that despite what will bring elections within the party, he will continue to be a member of PDK.
I will respect any decision that the party's competent bodies will take. Of course, I will try to make my contribution in behalf of the country in the first place. Ideas, my experience, my commitment, even if space is created within the democratic party according to the role. Being a member will never confuse, public positions are the other ones that define”, it is expressed.
