The same IPK has recommended to the Kosovo Police the suspension measure on 13,06.2018, which is being implemented by the police.
Following these investigative actions, today (18.06.2018) IPK investigators with authorisation of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan have arrested these three police officials on suspicion of having committed criminal work Misuse of official office and authority (fronted with Article 422 of the Kosovo Criminal Code).
The same ones have been assigned the detention measure for 48 hours by the competent prosecutor.
