Foreign Affairs Minister Behxhet Pacolli confirmed this through a Facebook status.
“With deep pain and great sorrow, I learned the bad news about the already dead deceased, Xhafer Ahmeti, Kosovo diplomat in Montenegro and for many years State Protocol Director.”, Pacolli wrote.
He also recalled Ahmeti's contribution of previous years to the country.
His “contribution to MPJ, as one of the first diplomats after independence, will be long remembered. Comfort Xhaferi's family, colleagues and friends!”, he's done.
