Jabir Zharku enters Kosovo, says

Six years after leaving Kosovo towards Sweden, leaving the municipality's first post, which it held since 2007, the Foundation Court in Ferizaj has banned the execution of a prison sentence against him. This ruling was confirmed by the Supreme Court of Kosovo on May 8, 2012.
