Yark is now entering Kosovo territory. He for Express says there has been no ban on the investigative authorities at the border. He claims he's returning to his war buddies.
Six years after leaving Kosovo towards Sweden, leaving the municipality's first post, which it held since 2007, the Foundation Court in Ferizaj has banned the execution of a prison sentence against him. According to the Court's response, this had happened after Swedish authorities had refused his extradition.
That few days after the Court's decision, Zharku has freely entered Kosovo territory. He, under the envoy of the Association of Veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army, has been freely introduced into the country.
“I'm feeling good that I'm going back to my war friends”, Jabir Zharku said briefly.
E Nasim Haradinaj, who is standing next to the former Kacanik leader, says the right man is returning to Kosovo. Bamia's “Justice faces defeat! The right man returns to his country...”, has declared Haradinaj for Express.
We remember that the District Court in Pristina, on April 21, 2011, had pronounced Jabir Zarko guilty of committing criminal acts of illegal possession and possession of weapons, and had pronounced him a three-year prison sentence, as well as a fine of 1,500 euros.
This ruling was confirmed by the Supreme Court of Kosovo on May 8, 2012. But six months after his conviction was confirmed by the Supreme Court of Kosovo, Zharku had remained at large, even though the act of executing the decision by the District Court of Pristina at the time had reached the Kacannik Municipal Court.
