Hoti explains that states are divided into two directions, in those that support Kosovo's independence and the opposing ones.
According to him, states that have anti-American politicians do not recognise Kosovo as a state that has US support.
“Bota is divided in two directions. In those that support Kosovo independence and those that are against. It is a clear fact that those who support Kosovo's independence are Western countries whose dance leads the United States. And on the basis of this interest, some countries like the Russian Federation in one, as well as many other Islamic states that have anti-American or anti-Western policies, for the fact that reports with the US continue to stop and keep their decision on recognising Kosovo”, Hoti said.
On the other hand, he has stated that disturbing is Kosovo's non-recognition by the five EU member states.
“Normically that is negative, but it is not disturbing in the sense of consolidating the political system in Kosovo and international political status, as far as it is the lack of recognition by the 5th part of the European Union that in my opinion would relax reports with the EU in the first place, and eventually create contractual report with Kosovo, which at the moment does not. Explaining Kosovo's reports with the EU also brings Kosovo's relaxing reports with Serbia, which in the extreme version could reject recognition, but its behaviour would be interstate”, he has declared further./Periscopi
