Police in Moscow are investigating the taxi driver's case that diverted the road and hit several random passersby, including 4 fans of Mexico at the World Championship.
The footage shows the taxi entering the sidewalk and hitting passersby on Saturday afternoon. Police claimed that the driver was from Kyrgyzstan and said he had declared that he had not slept for 20 hours so he lost control of the wheel. He added that he has fled the scene for fear of killing citizens.
Police have not provided additional information on whether this accident will affect World Cup security measures.
