In this case, Minister Recica informed IMF representatives of pension reform, where he said the focus would be on legal reform, taking into account inequality in current laws.
The goal is to have a pension system that will deal with time. By the end of the year, we will have the document concept for pension reforms”, he said.
The minister also reported on reform of social schemes, where he showed that MPMS is working on establishing a comprehensive law on persons with disabilities, in addition to other concrete efforts.
The discussion at the meeting was also MPMS policies for the labour market and increased employment.
We have approved the MPMS Sector Strategy Government and the Youth Employment Action Plan. There are these two strategic documents that we have already begun to live through in practice”, Minister Recica said.
For their part, IMF representatives supported reforms undertaken by MPMS in the upper fields.
