Belgrade teenager brutally beats peer (Video)

A video that is being circulated on social networks has shocked the opinion in Serbia, as it shows a teenager from Belgrade who constantly slaps a peer, who then pulls out her hair and threatens her.

This brutal beating has been filmed by other teenagers who witnessed the attack. The girl who mistreated the friend is 15 years old, and the victim is 13 years old, while their identity has not been made public

Serbian media report that the teenager who attacks the friend has psychic problems, while in the video she seems to do her best to avoid contact with the assailant who kept shouting.

But what has surprised many citizens in Serbia is the failure to respond to the move they had observed and filmed the attack. Some are heard in the video laughing, which is evidence that others have not intervened to prevent the beating.
