Apple gave the green light for the update of the telegram app a day after the executive of the communication platform complained publicly.
Pavel Durov said on the social Twitter network that Apple had blocked the TV update on IOS.
This jam has been on since April, and Apple has resisted Russian pressure to remove it from the app store.
Without an update, some of the latest features of the telegram do not function in IOS.
So the telegram had indirectly failed to meet the demand of the new European GDPR law.
If the ban had been permanent, the telegram would have gradually become uncertain to use.
