The operation was conducted in Greece's Kozani area as the narcotics was being transported in a car.
In the car, which was run by a 25-year-old Greek, was also a 32-year-old Albanian.
Narcotics were divided into 17 sacks, and it weighed 208kg of sativa cannabis.
Besides the Albanians and the Greek were arrested two other people, who moved by another means and served as guarantors for the trafficking route.
