Over 150 criminal charges of war crimes in Kosovo have been handed over to the Special Prosecutor in Pristina today. Civil Society Group representative Mevlyde Pandini-Sacci said collecting data and information from citizens who have reported on crimes done is an ongoing process.
Zagen Saraci believes that Serb criminals who, according to her, move through Serbia and Kosovo and have committed crimes will receive due punishment.
“We hand over new criminal charges that are in numerous numbers. They've over 150, and they're on it. Fortunately, this time we had a meeting with a competent person who, in addition, showed us that he's working on the subject, joining crime information and our documents have taken the right course of justice. I hope that soon we will see the criminals at Court”, the symni-Saraci expressed himself.
She made it known that criminal charges are rich in evidence, which until recently have been hidden from the hands of officials who have not done their responsible work.
“We've collected all the data the families gave. They've described people with names, images, clothing, masks. They showed who killed him from his family, who burned his house. They have shown that the Yugoslav Army has been involved in the part of the new bloc in Gjakova, on the border part with Albania and Serbian criminals, our fellow citizens, have also used Albanian in masks to kill their neighbours. And I think there's a lot of court evidence, but if there's a need for all that personal numbers have stored, they can also present to the rest during the” trial, she said.
In this case, the difficulty- Saraci also invited other municipalities to act the same as Gjakova. That, according to her, is not enough to mobilise Gjakova because Serb criminals are lying across Kosovo.
