Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri said he joins the British Ambassador to Kosovo's assessment of Ruairi O'Connell about former Kacanik leader Jabir Zharku.
In the question of how Zarko's return to Kosovo, Tahiri, not mentioning his name, said Zharku is the shame of Kosovo and such cases should not be repeated.
