Volkswagen has restored the legendary Golf MK II from 1987 with two engines trying to break the biggest growth record in Pikes Peak.
The double was on the verge of the record, but it had to give up after several turns because of mechanical decay.
A few weeks before the new VW attempt to win the throne with the fully electric prototype, the German giant decided to revive legendary Golf II.
The car has two gasoline-gregates of 1,8 litres, located at the then GTI 16V Golf II, broadcasts Kosova Preris.
Along with these two four cylinders, it provides 643 horses with a total of 1,002 kg of weight.
