Sami Bulqi, involved as an investor in a project expected to be carried out in the village of Lluga in Podujevo, has charged Salih with bribery. But that charge has not prevented the latter from being appointed director again.
The Express has attempted to receive an answer from Podujevo chairman Agim Veliu and Director Durim Salhiu, but none have been accessible on Sunday.
In October of last year, VVE candidate for Poduje Mayor Ayjet Potter had denounced Agim Veliun that through Duration Salih had demanded tribute from businesses.
